Taylor Greer: I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I spent a lot of time in Manhattan and Amagansett, New York. Pixacom: What nationality are you? Taylor Greer: I'm a blend of different nationalities...a true mutt...I am Italian, German, Russian, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, and Mexican. Pixacom: What would the average person say about you? Taylor Greer: Random people usually come up to me and ask, “Are you somebody?”...my answer is always the same, “Of course I am somebody...so are you.” Pixacom: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school? Taylor Greer: Started college and continued modeling. Pixacom: How did you get into modeling? Taylor Greer: I was scouted! I never really gave it much thought before that...I was really focused on academics...I've always loved school and taking classes... Pixacom: How long have you been modeling? Pixacom: How did you feel being in front of the camera for the first time? Taylor Greer: Terrified! The photographer was an ex model who nearly scarred me for life! haha just kidding...it was actually extremely educational and I learned from it that modeling is NOT only about just looking pretty....its a whole LOT more! Pixacom: How did you feel walking into your photoshoot? Taylor Greer: I thought “Oh this will be fun...a piece of cake...all I have to do is smile and pose!”....Little did I know.... Pixacom: So would you say you are comfortable now? Taylor Greer: It is like second nature to me. Pixacom: Would you say you are pretty comfortable with your body? Taylor Greer: Overall yes...I work out and try to eat healthy...but I can't help not to indulge in a cupcake from Sprinkles from time to time :) Pixacom: What would you say is your best feature? Taylor Greer: Considering I had braces for 5 years...I would have to say my smile! Pixacom: Are you enhanced with Plastic Sugery? Taylor Greer: Ya...boobs, butt, the whole works...JUST KIDDING! No way! Pixacom: What?s the best thing about being a model? Taylor Greer: Having the opportunity to collaborate with other creative individuals! Also being a positive role model and image to other women. Pixacom: What do you do differently to set yourself apart from other models? Taylor Greer: Nothing really...I guess having confidence and not comparing myself to others. I'm comfortable in my skin and hopefully it shows. Pixacom: Where do you hope your modeling will take you? Taylor Greer: I don't like to look into the future. As long as I'm content and working hard today, more success is inevitable. .jpg) Pixacom: Any highlights in your modeling career? Taylor Greer: Tons! All of it! I'm lucky I?ve had the success I do considering my height. I'm not 5'10” so it goes to show rules can be broken! It would be pretty cool to break through as the first petite supermodel! Pixacom: Where can we find you on a typical weekend, if you aren't doing a photoshoot? Taylor Greer: Definitely not club hopping. I do enjoy going out occasionally but it is not a priority (like many people living in LA). I love hosting dinner parties with friends...going to the movies...the beach...even just hangin at my apartment...Whereas I do enjoy spending time with those who capture my intrige, I also enjoy my own company...theres nothing better than a relaxing bubble bath night! Pixacom: What keeps you busy away from modeling? Taylor Greer: School, friends, and family. Pixacom: What do you want to do outside of modeling? Taylor Greer: I'm in school to become a nurse and working towards starting a non-profit organization for cancer awareness and education. I?d also really like to design a clothing line. And on top of that I?d love to do more traveling! Pixacom: Five years from now, where do you see yourself? Taylor Greer: Happy, healthy, living, laughing, loving. Pixacom: What is the coolest thing a fan has ever done for you? Taylor Greer: Bought me a Hermes Birkin bag! Haha just kidding...I'm still waiting for that one! I love all of the letters I receive and I definitely try to write back to all of them. Just knowing I inspire others makes me smile :) Pixacom: Any photographers you enjoy working with or hope to work with? Taylor Greer: I?ve had the opportunity to work with so many talented photographers. In the future, I would LOVE to work with Bruce Weber, Mario Testino, Larry Bartholomew, Michael Thompson etc. Pixacom: Which ineternet websites would you say you spend most of your time at? Taylor Greer: Whats not to like about it?? Pixacom: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be? Taylor Greer: I would like to visit Tokyo and take a safari in Africa! Pixacom: If you could play lead role in any type of movie, What kind of movie would it be? Taylor Greer: A romantic comedy or a dark emotional indie...Playing a bitch would be fun too... Taylor Greer: I don't have a preference...not my cup of tea but I don't judge those who enjoy them. Pixacom: Do you have a favorite drink when at clubs or bars? Taylor Greer: Mojito or a Kier Royale Pixacom: How about a favorite food to go along with the drink? Taylor Greer: I could eat sushi or mexican any day of the week! Pixacom: What kind of music are you listening to these days? Taylor Greer: All kinds...my favorite for a long time has been Damien Rice. I also like Michael Buble...Frank Sinatra...Billie Holliday...I'm also a huge Beatles fan and am loving Taylor Swift at the moment. She's adorable! Pixacom: Tell us something you got away with? Taylor Greer: I won't give away all my secrets! ;) Pixacom: Which celebrity would you like to meet and why? Taylor Greer: Paula Deen from Food Network! She is the coolest! Taylor Greer: No rules...no expectations...I only know what I like and how I wisn to be treated...I am a traditionalist...What happened to good old fashioned courting? Taylor Greer: I was an intentional loner in high school...was a cheerleader yet was also in the chess club and president of the french club. I still march to the beat of my own drum...I am never one to follow the crowd...never have been...never will be...I'm referred to by many as an “old soul”... Pixacom: Should a person call right away or wait a few days? Taylor Greer: The 3 day rule is bullshit...I despise game players...If I like you, you?ll know...If you play games, I run.
