Pixacom: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
Tobieny Her: I was born in a refugee camp called Ban Vinai in Thailand. Just like many other Hmong people who grew up there, life was not easy. Growing up in the United States has definitely made life a bit easier but overall having a single parent watching my siblings and I, life was never as easy as it could have been, my life is a constant struggle to become a better person.

Pixacom: What nationality are you?
Tobieny Her: I'm Hmong, a lot of people may have never heard of Hmong before but like I always say to people, we're just another type of Asian

Pixacom: What would the average person say about you?
Tobieny Her: Hmm, mostly anyone who knows me will say I'm the sweetest and big hearted girl ever!

Pixacom: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
Tobieny Her: I went to college like most kids, but I also got more involved with the car show industry

Pixacom: How did you get into modeling?
Tobieny Her: My brother showed me this Hmong model online, I became her msn buddy and we started chatting. One day she asked if I wanted to do a photoshoot and I said yes. From there we took my first professional photos and like most people would say, the rest is history

Pixacom: How long have you been modeling?
Tobieny Her: I'd say about 7 years now but for car show modeling, that's about 2 years

Pixacom: Have you done any Nude modeling?
Tobieny Her: Nope, just implied

Pixacom: How did you feel doing your first nude photo shoot?
Tobieny Her: For my implied shoot I was nervous and afraid this and that might pop out but I got used to it after awhile

Pixacom: How did you feel being in front of the camera for the first time?
Tobieny Her: I was nervous and kept laughing because some of the pose they asked me to do were in funny positions

Pixacom: How did you feel walking into your photoshoot?
Tobieny Her: I was afraid I wasn't going to be pretty enough for them so yea, I was nervous you can say

Pixacom: So would you say you are comfortable now?
Tobieny Her: I'm very comfortable now

Pixacom: Would you say you are pretty comfortable with your body?
Tobieny Her: For the most part I'm comfortable with it but like most girls, there are a few things here and there I wish I can change

Pixacom: What would you say is your best feature?
Tobieny Her: My eyes, they are big and beautiful

Pixacom: Are you enhanced with Plastic Sugery?
Tobieny Her: No, I want to try to make it without going under the knife

Pixacom: What’s the best thing about being a model?
Tobieny Her: I love it when I can inspire other girls who don't think they can become models because they're short

Pixacom: What do you do differently to set yourself apart from other models?
Tobieny Her: Well I don't think I have to do much because overall, I'm not your stereotypical model, I'm very short, not the skinny long legged girl with a big chest or back. I'm as small as can be yet I'm still able to rock it and make myself look hot in front of the camera

Pixacom: Where do you hope your modeling will take you?
Tobieny Her: I want to become an official spokesmodel or an offcial model for Hot Import Nights or NOPI

Pixacom: Any highlights in your modeling career?
Tobieny Her: Yes, when my I was still with my ex bf, he told me to give up on trying to become a model because I wasn't making any progress. The year after he left me, I ended up dong my first promotional modeling job at Hot Import Nights in Charlotte, North Carolina and he happened to be at the show, therefore, I guess he realized I did go somewhere after he left me.

Pixacom: Where can we find you on a typical weekend, if you aren't doing a photoshoot?
Tobieny Her: At home, I love spending time with my sisters

Pixacom: What keeps you busy away from modeling?
Tobieny Her: Full time school!!

Pixacom: What do you want to do outside of modeling?
Tobieny Her: I'd like to work in an office setting, maybe some human resource work or administrative work

Pixacom: Five years from now, where do you see yourself?
Tobieny Her: I hope I'll have a stable career and a stable relationship :)

Pixacom: What is the coolest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Tobieny Her: Well I'm not sure if this is the coolest but one of the sweetest was when one of them wrote me a poem, it really touched my heart because the poem really made me seem like I was the queen of the world

Pixacom: Any photographers you enjoy working with or hope to work with?
Tobieny Her: I have several favorite photographers I love working with so I can't name them all, but as for who I'd want to work with?? That has to be Barry Smith and Wendy Shinkle, I've noticed their work for a long time now and am hoping to be a part of it one day.

Pixacom: Which internet websites would you say you spend most of your time at?
Tobieny Her: What can I say, who doesn't love myspace

Pixacom: Do you travel much for your modeling?
Tobieny Her: Since I'm only a part time model right now I don't travel as much, I hope to travel more when I'm done with school though

Pixacom: Do you like all the traveling?
Tobieny Her: For now I love every bits and pieces of it

Pixacom: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
Tobieny Her: Hawaii or Japan

Pixacom: If you could play lead role in any type of movie, What kind of movie would it be?
Tobieny Her: Hmm, probably romance

Pixacom: Do you have a favorite Car?
Tobieny Her: Yes I do, I love any type of lotus, they're so sleek and hot

Pixacom: What do you think about strip clubs?
Tobieny Her: They're ok once in awhile

Pixacom: Do you have a favorite drink when at clubs or bars?
Tobieny Her: No, I just tell them to make me something girly, I don't really drink so I don't have any of those funky names memorized

Pixacom: How about a favorite food to go along with the drink?
Tobieny Her: At the club? No, I don't eat there

Pixacom: What kind of music are you listening to these days?
Tobieny Her: I listen to everything and anything, depending on my mood, although lately it's been classical music

Pixacom: Tell us something you got away with?
Tobieny Her: Does several speeding tickets count?

Pixacom: Which celebrity would you like to meet and why?
Tobieny Her: Tila Tequila because she's shown me that size doesn't matter when it comes to modeling. She's a small woman with such big accomplishments in her life

 

Pixacom: Best pickup line you've ever heard?
Tobieny Her: There's a few but I can't remember how they go exactly so I won't kill it by not saying it

Pixacom: Worst pickup line you've ever heard?
Tobieny Her: There's several cheesy ones but the one I can remember was when my one of my guy friend walked past me and told me to not let my future walk away from me

Pixacom: If you could be a super hero, what would that superhero be like?
Tobieny Her: I'd be the super hero who would help all the people out there who are hard working, I'd try my best to make life easy for as many people as possible

Pixacom: How would you feel if a guy passed gas on a first date?
Tobieny Her: I'd probably laugh but think to myself, I guess he's that comfortable with me already?

Pixacom: Find a lamp and out pops a Genie, you get one wish, what would it be?
Tobieny Her: I'd wish for my family members and our future generations to become successful in life

Tobieny Her: I'd probably create my bf I'm with right now, he has a great body and an awesome personality to go with it as well

Tobieny Her: Nope

Tobieny Her: He has everything I've ever wanted in a guy outside and inside

Tobieny Her: Yes, no dirty dating for sure, just casual get to know each other dating

Tobieny Her: Depends if I feel there's going to be more to us

Pixacom: How many kids in highschool have asked you out?
Tobieny Her: None, because I was with my long distance boyfriend for all those years I spent in high school

Pixacom: Should a person call right away or wait a few days?
Tobieny Her: He can either call or wait, it doesn't matter, most of the time I'm not in a rush to talk to people on the phone

Pixacom: What kind of guy bugs you?
Tobieny Her: Guys who are cocky and inconsiderate, it's ok to have a high self esteem but don't over do it and don't ruin your looks by being a jerk

Pixacom: What does a guy need to do to make you stay?
Tobieny Her: I'm a sucker for sweet people so I'd love someone who's a true gentleman

Pixacom: What's the worst place to meet a guy?
Tobieny Her: I don't think there's a worst place to meet a guy, when it happens, it'll just happen

Pixacom: On a date... What does the person have to do to make it perfect for you?
Tobieny Her: He can plan anything he wants but I would love to just be able to sit down at the end and talk to each other in a quiet romantice setting

Tobieny Her: Can I say all??

Tobieny Her: More events for sure, who knows, maybe even TV?

Tobieny Her: I'd like to thank everyone for their support, if you guys didn't exist, I wouldn't be where I am today. It's hard to reach out to each one individually but I want everyone to remember that I do appreciate them for being there for me when I needed them the most, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

Tobieny Her: I'm not your typical model, so to have your support I really appreciate it because it's shown me that you guys have seen something more than just my outter appearance, that's my inner beauty. I appreciate everyone who's been there from the beginning and I welcome those in the future into my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING ME WHO I AM TODAY!!
