Pixacom: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
Danielle Raye: I was born in St. Louis. My childhood was amazing, I have 2 wonderful, supporting, and loving parents who did a lot for me. Financially it was tough, but we had each other.



Pixacom: What nationality are you?
Danielle Raye: Chinese and American Indian. What I like to call "Chindian".



Pixacom: What would the average person say about you?
Danielle Raye: I'm very friendly, outgoing and positive. I'm professional yet fun!



Pixacom: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
Danielle Raye: I went to college, worked my butt off at a few jobs, met some amazing people, traveled, and deicated a lot of my time to my hobby, modeling.



Pixacom: How did you get into modeling?
Danielle Raye: My cousin inspired me. She was in movies, on TV, in magazines and catelogs, and she even made it in to Playboy.



Pixacom: How long have you been modeling?
Danielle Raye: I've been modeling professionally since I was 7 years old.



Pixacom: Have you done any Nude modeling?
Danielle Raye: I have a few times, mostly for more artistic work. I think I'd only take my clothes off again for Playboy though :)



Pixacom: How did you feel doing your first nude photo shoot?
Danielle Raye: I was somewhat nervous because I didn't know the photographer well at that time, but I'm comfortable with my body so it wasn't difficult to ease into.



Pixacom: How did you feel being in front of the camera for the first time?
Danielle Raye: When I was young, I loved it! It was much easier back then! All you had to do was smile!



Pixacom: How did you feel walking into your photoshoot?
Danielle Raye: I usually feel confident, as long as I'm aware of what the photoshoot is for.







Pixacom: So would you say you are comfortable now?
Danielle Raye: Aboslutely. For me, there's no need to be camera shy! I'm usually a huge goofball anyway.



Pixacom: Would you say you are pretty comfortable with your body?
Danielle Raye: Yes, though I never used to be. I became comfortable with who I am as a person first, then my body.



Pixacom: What would you say is your best feature?
Danielle Raye: I would say my smile, I'm always smiling :)



Pixacom: What’s the best thing about being a model?
Danielle Raye: Being able to look at your picture in a magazine, poster, ad, whatever! It's a very cool feeling. Also the opportunity for travel, and meeting new people.



Pixacom: What do you do differently to set yourself apart from other models?
Danielle Raye: I've come across a lot of models who aren't very pleasant to work with, so I try to be as pleasant as possible to everyone.



Pixacom: Where do you hope your modeling will take you?
Danielle Raye: I would love to be in an awesome music video or on the cover of a magazine. Even being in a movie or tv show would be an amazing opportunity.



Pixacom: Any highlights in your modeling career?
Danielle Raye: My first magazine spread in Alive, working with big companies, doing commercials, traveling, a Playmate test, and meeting a few celebrities.







Pixacom: Where can we find you on a typical weekend, if you aren't doing a photoshoot?
Danielle Raye: I'm most likely working at one of my jobs, or hanging out with my friends for a night out on the town. If I feel like being lazy, I'll lay around my house with my 2 dogs.



Pixacom: What keeps you busy away from modeling?
Danielle Raye: Working as much as I do!



Pixacom: What do you want to do outside of modeling?
Danielle Raye: Finish school and do lots of traveling. My main goals in life are to experience new cultures and meet new people.



Pixacom: Five years from now, where do you see yourself?
Danielle Raye: Hopefully living somewhere near the ocean, happy and healthy.



Pixacom: What is the coolest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Danielle Raye: Asked me to sign an autograph and take a picture with them!



Pixacom: Any photographers you enjoy working with or hope to work with?
Danielle Raye: Steve Garnett for Solique Photography is a great and talented friend of mine, as well as Martin Henderson. Brian Kuhlmann in also amazing. I'm always open to working with new photographers, I have a deep appreciation for great photography.



Pixacom: Which ineternet websites would you say you spend most of your time at?
Danielle Raye: MySpace and Facebook!







Pixacom: Do you travel much for your modeling?
Danielle Raye: I've done some traveling, but I would love to do more.



Pixacom: Do you like all the traveling?
Danielle Raye: Absolutely! I hate all of the packing, but I love experiencing new places.



Pixacom: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
Danielle Raye: I would love to go to Hawaii or anywhere warm by the ocean. I'd love to travel to Japan and Greece as well.



Pixacom: If you could play lead role in any type of movie, What kind of movie would it be?
Danielle Raye: Probably some love story role, or a rock'n roller type of character.







Pixacom: Do you have a favorite Car?
Danielle Raye: My dream car is a Lamborghini, but my Pontiac will do just fine for now!



Pixacom: What do you think about strip clubs?
Danielle Raye: They aren't bad, as long as it's tasteful and classy.



Pixacom: Do you have a favorite drink when at clubs or bars?
Danielle Raye: Usually cranberry and Cherry 3 Olives vodka or wine.



Pixacom: How about a favorite food to go along with the drink?
Danielle Raye: Chicken and cheese!



Pixacom: What kind of music are you listening to these days?
Danielle Raye: Music is my life. I love everything from Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Incubus, Third Eye Blind, Nelly Furtado, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, to Hanson!







Pixacom: Which celebrity would you like to meet and why?
Danielle Raye: There are so many! Brandon Boyd definetely, he has a musical God in my opinion. I would also really like to meet Hanson, I've wanted to ever since I was in 5th grade. Yes, I was a teenybopper.



Pixacom: Best pickup line you've ever heard?
Danielle Raye: I don't think any pick up lines are good! Just be yourself :)




Pixacom: If you could be a super hero, what would that superhero be like?
Danielle Raye: I would love to be able to pause time, and of course fly.




Pixacom: How would you feel if a guy passed gas on a first date?
Danielle Raye: I would be completely turned off! That's something that should wait until the both of you are in a comfortable place and time. Burping is another story.

Danielle Raye: For happiness and health for myself, my family, and everyone I care for.
