Pixacom: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
Lianne Lin: I grew up in the SF bay area and lived in a safe little (boring) town near Berkeley. I loved the diversity there and I'll admit it was a good place to grow up.
Pixacom: What nationality are you?
Lianne Lin: American-born Chinese (ABC)
Pixacom: What would the average person say about you?
Lianne Lin: Lianne is laid back, nice, weird, and silly.
Pixacom: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
Lianne Lin: I was in a dance group in college, played drum set in a little band, joined Asian Student Union, majored in art, went to beauty school and then moved to LA.
Pixacom: How did you get into modeling?
Lianne Lin: through the web
Pixacom: How long have you been modeling?
Lianne Lin: 6 years
Pixacom: Have you done any Nude modeling?
Lianne Lin: no
Pixacom: What do you do differently to set yourself apart from other models?
Lianne Lin: I have a big dragon tat on my arm, I like to do my own photoshopping and design my own site.
Pixacom: Any highlights in your modeling career?
Lianne Lin: As far as print goes, I've been in several magazines for video games, cars and martial arts, and was in two calendars last year. Modeling also opened doors for many tv opportunities, I often play a model in tv shows and was featured as the wife of a suspect on CSI: NY, Ray J's girlfriend on Shark, and Eddie Griffin's wedding date in the movie Norbit.
Pixacom: What do you want to do outside of modeling?
Lianne Lin: I'm planning to go back to school for makeup, photography, or both! I'm already involved in both fields but always want to improve my skills.
Pixacom: Any photographers you enjoy working with or hope to work with?
Lianne Lin: Tony Chu is the sh*t! He's also a good friend of mine. ( TonyChu.com) I also worked recently with Kevin Araki for the second time, who is amazing!

Lianne Lin: Xanga.com, ModelMayhem.com, my friends' blogs, and a few celebrity gossip sites =P
Pixacom: Do you travel much for your modeling?
Lianne Lin: The coolest place I went was Beijing for the World Drift Series last year.
Pixacom: Do you like all the traveling?
Lianne Lin: I LOVE TRAVELLING!

Lianne Lin: Hong Kong and Japan
