Pixacom: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
Nina Kay: I was born in California, LA. Life was hard growing up and it still is. But who ever said it was easy. I lost so many people and met all different kinds of people with nasty personality and great ones. But overall I love life. I appreciate everything and everyone I have.


Pixacom: What nationality are you?
Nina Kay: I am chinese, but I'm mistaken for a lot of other ethnicities. I speak Cantonese and Toisan. But I can't read or write in chinese.


Pixacom: What would the average person say about you?
Nina Kay: That I'm such a dork & I'm nice.


Pixacom: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
Nina Kay: Not much, I was the kind of girl who always wanted to leave school so when I had the chance to go home, I did it after school. I wasn't around other students a lot. I didn't like high school.





Pixacom: How did you get into modeling?
Nina Kay: My older sister was a model and I looked up to her. I wanted to be just like her. Also when I spoke to models they were sweet and kind enough to talk to me. It made me admire them even more.


Pixacom: How long have you been modeling?
Nina Kay: This would be my third year of 2007.


Pixacom: How did you feel being in front of the camera for the first time?
Nina Kay: I had fun! I was shy at first but it was great.


Pixacom: How did you feel walking into your photoshoot?
Nina Kay: Nervous of course! But if models showed that in their photos, thats what the viewers would get so I would have to get comfortable with the photographer in order to shoot well.


Pixacom: So would you say you are comfortable now?
Nina Kay: Of course! I would get to know the photographer, talk with them joke with them and shoot with them. Modeling in general I am comfortable but of course at times I know I still have to practice getting my poses right hahah.





Pixacom: Are you comfortable with your body?
Nina Kay: If I wasn't, I shouldn't even model. Everyone gets to know their own flaws and I have mine. But all I can do is fix it and I'll be super satisfied!



Pixacom: What's the best thing about modeling?
Nina Kay: You meet all kinds of people in the industry. Some are nice and some are super cool. =) tehheh. I love making friends!!


Pixacom: What do you do to set yourself apart from other models?
Nina Kay: I'm petite and I have small boobs. Hhaha. But I enjoy being different. I'm not treated any different from other models.


Pixacom: Where do you hope your modeling will take you?
Nina Kay: I'm actually not sure. I just enjoy doing what I got to do.


Pixacom: What has been the highlight of your modeling career?
Nina Kay: When photographers want to put me on their site and feature me and also the fact that I have developed a great large amount of fans that have been there from the beginning. They are the ones who keep me feeling alive.


Pixacom: Where can we find you on a typical weekend, if you aren't doing a photoshoot?
Nina Kay: I'm usually hanging out with my friends or I would be gogoing at some night clubs =]



Pixacom: What do you want to do outside of modeling?
Nina Kay: I am also a student as well as a graphic web designer. I love art so I think of everyway to accomplish art. Such as drawing, taking photos of things, and doing crafts.


Pixacom: Five years from now, where do you see yourself?
Nina Kay: I see myself finishing college hahaha. And also living in a nice house. =)








Pixacom: What is the coolest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Nina Kay: He got me a hello kitty build a bear =]


Pixacom: Do you travel much?
Nina Kay: Just to Hawaii! I wish I could travel a lot. It's so fun! I started traveling to Hawaii last year, to do Hot import nights. Thanks Asiangroove Hawaii and Frank Hosaka!!


Pixacom: Do you like all the traveling?
Nina Kay: Of couse!!!! The only bad thing is the packing, you dont know what to bring!!


Pixacom: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
Nina Kay: New York!


Pixacom: If you could play lead role in any type of movie, What kind of movie would it be?
Nina Kay: A fighting movie =) hahahha. I'd play a spy / ninja.

Nina Kay: Its cool. Only went to one so far. haha

Nina Kay: Malibu Pineapple teheheh I'm weak!!

Nina Kay: Nope! I dont eat at clubs haha

Nina Kay: Hip Hop. Rap, Everything, depends on my mood really

Nina Kay: No I am not. I have a loving boyfriend =]


Pixacom: Tell us about the person your with today?
Nina Kay: He's my boyfriend, we love each other, i wake up and he's there. haha he's my bestfriend.

Nina Kay: I must have a hug!! I love hugs. And I love to laugh. We gotta eat somewhere great! Doesn't have to be expensive to be great. tehehhe

Nina Kay: If they deserve it!!

Nina Kay: Hahahah I dont know! Hardly any cause I had long relationships and everyone knew.

Nina Kay: I dont really care as long as they call!

Nina Kay: The ones that ask me a thousand questions & the ones who cling on too quick. The guys who think they are the "shit" when they aren't.

Nina Kay: Show me that they actually care, love me, and want to be with me.

Nina Kay: STRIP CLUB?
