Pixacom: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
Samantha Buxton: I was born in a town called kingston. It’s not such a nice place any more though. I wasn’t a very loud kid and was quite whiny. I think it’s because I was unhappy with my firends at school. When I went to secondary school it was better, but i was always getting teased by the boys for some reason or maybe I was just being paranoid. I used to truant aot i was quite sneaky too. I’d boil milk in the teachers kettle and throw stones at the maths window. I was quite nasty really. I liked to cause trouble and play jokes, but ironically i started hanging about with guys alot. I never had trouble with the girls but fell out with alot of my mates. I guess we just wanted to do different stuff and our group of friends split in to two different lots. The ones who wanted to study for the exams and the others who just didnt give a crap ! I did OK in my exams despite not doing any homework or studying for the last 2 years but still I could have done better. The only time I regret was when I couldn’t get on to a college course as I only had 2 A-B’s and needed 3. But lifes too short for regrets.

Pixacom: What nationality are you?
Samantha Buxton: I’m British with Italian grandfather.

Pixacom: What would the average person say about you?
Samantha Buxton: Depends. My personality alters whomever I’m around if I don’t like someone its very blatant. But everyone thinks im a nutter. Maybe because they only see one side to me and thats when im out partying.

Pixacom: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
Samantha Buxton: Drinking drinking and drinking! I was on self destruct. I tried a hairdressing apprenticeship and I felt like they took the piss out of me a bit. I did work hard though but the money was appauling. I did some college part time and passed manicure and pedicure. I was happy doing my own thing to be honest, working was the last thing on my mind. I dont know how i managed to get by financially as I loved partying all through my teens. I settled in doing some office temping after a while, had a few failed job interviews and it knocked my confidence a bit. Now i look back i can see where i went wrong. Moving around doing different things seemed to suit me.

Pixacom: How did you get into modeling?
Samantha Buxton: Well originally I did a bit of promo work and met people through that. I also emailed everyone my picture in a bid to get on some agencies’ books.

Pixacom: How long have you been modeling?
Samantha Buxton: 3 years, but professionally about nearly a year.

Pixacom: How did you feel being in front of the camera for the first time?
Samantha Buxton: To be honest, I didnt think about it.

Pixacom: How did you feel walking into your photoshoot?
Samantha Buxton: Totally numb.

Pixacom: So would you say you are comfortable now?
Samantha Buxton: One hundred and ten percent! I was born to do it. Funny, as I used to hate having my pic taken when i was in school.

Pixacom: Are you comfortable with your body?
Samantha Buxton: I’ve been through alot of ups and downs. You are always open to cruel ridicule especially on the internet of what people think about you.

Pixacom: Are you enhanced?
Samantha Buxton: Yes. I wouldnt have a modelling career with out them. I didnt have a glamour body and my boobs were saggy. At the end of the day no one guesses they are fake and i hate the people that slag boob jobs off and generalise them as all being the same. It’s very immature

Pixacom: Why did you get them enhanced?
Samantha Buxton: They had no shape. They were empty for my frame.

Pixacom: What’s the best thing about modeling?
Samantha Buxton: Getting to meet so many people and producing work im proud of. I’ve never been proud of anything in my life or achieved anything, but this is what I can achieve.

Pixacom: What do you do to set yourself apart from other models?
Samantha Buxton: Thats a hard one. I can only be me. I’m not a nasty person who belittles people like a lot of professional girls ive met.

Pixacom: Where do you hope your modeling will take you?
Samantha Buxton: I’m hoping that i can get over to the USA actually, I’d love to do billboard, hair modelling as well as glamour, and even have a go at acting.

Pixacom: What has been the highlight of your modeling career?
Samantha Buxton: Nothing has been amazing yet, but my adverts in the papers and on telly for an advertising job was the first thing people in my area saw of me in modelling. I kept it as a secret!

Pixacom: Where can we find you on a typical weekend, if you aren’t doing a photoshoot?
Samantha Buxton: Round my mate daves, in the sugarhut or in bed !

Pixacom: What keeps you busy away from modeling?
Samantha Buxton: Sorting out paperwork!

Pixacom: What do you want to do outside of modeling?
Samantha Buxton: Maybe get back on a college course. I dont know.

Pixacom: Five years from now, where do you see yourself?
Samantha Buxton: I have no idea because things don’t always work out the way we want. I hope i’d have had a successful career in modelling and would be in LA pursuing acting. If not then setting up my own business in beauty and hair?
Samantha Buxton: I love animals too so maybe i would set up a cattery.

Pixacom: What is the coolest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Samantha Buxton: You know what?
Samantha Buxton: Nothing as of yet!

Pixacom: Do you travel much?
Samantha Buxton: I guess. I traveled all over the UK and Europe a few times for modelling. I’ve also been to Thailand too, but that was for a holiday.

Pixacom: Do you like all the traveling?
Samantha Buxton: Love it.

Pixacom: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
Samantha Buxton: USA

Pixacom: If you could play lead role in any type of movie, What kind of movie would it be?
Samantha Buxton: An action thriller kinda like Cat Woman or maybe an evil badie. I’d be good at that!

Pixacom: Do you have a favorite Car?
Samantha Buxton: No. Cars are at the bottom of my agenda.

Pixacom: What do you think about strip clubs?
Samantha Buxton: They’re Cool.

Pixacom: Do you have a favorite drink when at clubs or bars?
Samantha Buxton: No i don’t.

Pixacom: How about a favorite food to go along with the drink?
Samantha Buxton: Chicken always goes down after a night out on the piss.

Pixacom: What kind of music are you listening to these days?
Samantha Buxton: A mixture. I played Thelma Hueston “Don’t leave me this way” about 10 times this morning ! ergh… Well I like UK house music the older stuff from the 90’s. I like some of Beyonce’s stuff, but apart from that I hate R&B and Hip Hop. Music has changed alot. I also like 80’s cheese. Most stuff I suppose apart from whats in the charts !

Samantha Buxton: Many things !

Pixacom: Are you single now?
Samantha Buxton: No i’m not unfortunately.

Pixacom: Tell us about the person your with today?
Samantha Buxton: They’re too crazy.

Pixacom: Give us the dirt on your dating life. Any first date rules?
Samantha Buxton: Don’t expect another unless your special I’m not the sort of girl whose ever dated a drop dead gorgeous guy. It’s always been very ordinary people. People that my mates say ” why are you seeing him!?

Samantha Buxton: Yes I have, but only if i know i like someone or fancy someone. I lose interest in people very quickly even if i fancied them . The only exception is when i fall for them. I just know because i dont want to leave their side and most guys I date are just for a laugh. I always want to go home and not go back to there even if I snogged them for a bit. I just know when i can’t put up with them. I can come across as a bit ruthless like that but I don’t mean to be.

Pixacom: How many kids in highschool have asked you out?
Samantha Buxton: Only 1. The other one just happened.

Pixacom: Should a person call right away or wait a few days?
Samantha Buxton: Whatever they feel is right. I wouldn’t want someone to follow my instructions because that wouldn’t be “them”.

Pixacom: What kind of guy bugs you?
Samantha Buxton: Someone who loves a laugh, I can have constant chat with, and someone whose a bit of a geezer.

Pixacom: What does a guy need to do to make you stay?
Samantha Buxton: Spoil me and make me laugh.

Pixacom: What’s the worst place to meet a guy?
Samantha Buxton: There isn’t one. The place should never matter. It’s about each other and if its right I can meet anyone any place, even on the top of a multi storey car park.

Pixacom: On a date… What does the person have to do to make it perfect for you?
Samantha Buxton: Just be themselves and be prepared to get slaughtered.
