Pixacom: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
Donovan: I was born in Fort Knox, KY. My father was a doctor in the ARMY for ten years so we moved around quite a bit. IN grade school my family settled in a small town in Iowa.

Pixacom: What nationality are you?
Donovan: a little bit of this and a little bit of that

Pixacom: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
Donovan: I was really into academics and athletics. I loved school, but my passion was basketball. I also played volleyball and softball. I guess I was the nerdy jock. I was (and still am) a good kid… I never partied or got into too much trouble.

Pixacom: How did you get into modeling?
Donovan: I moved to Atlanta after I graduated from college to gain more on-camera training and experience. While I was there I just sort of fell into it… print work, fashion shows, etc. The exposure is great! I use modeling as a stepping-stone for my career.

Pixacom: How long have you been modeling?
Donovan: I’ve been modeling for less than two years, but I’ve been performing (acting/singing/dancing) since I was three.

Pixacom: How did you feel being in front of the camera for the first time?
Donovan: I love love love the camera! I was super anxious for my first shoot.

Pixacom: So would you say you are comfortable now?
Donovan: I get more excited than anxious for shoots. I love what I do!

Pixacom: Are you comfortable with your body?
Donovan: Everyone has hang-ups about their physical appearance… overall, I’d say I’m pretty comfortable.

Pixacom: Are you enhanced?
Donovan: Nope.

Pixacom: What’s the best thing about modeling?
Donovan: I love meeting and working with other creative people!

Pixacom: What do you do to set yourself apart from other models?
Donovan: I know I have a one-of-a-kind personality… ask anyone who’s ever worked with me! I love to make people laugh!

Pixacom: What has been the highlight of your modeling career?
Donovan: The highlight of my entertainment career thus far is being cast in JLo’s Glow After Dark Show. It is currently airing Saturday and Monday nights at 9pm EST. at www.glowafterdarkshow.com.

Pixacom: Where can we find you on a typical weekend, if you aren’t doing a photoshoot?
Donovan: I am usually auditioning or taking meetings everyday of the week (including weekends).

Pixacom: What keeps you busy away from modeling?
Donovan: I like to workout, read, cook, watch tv… wow… I sound really boring.

Pixacom: What is the coolest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Donovan: I don’t know what the coolest thing a fan has ever done for me, but I can tell you the NOT coolest thing

Pixacom: sending me crazy messages on myspace!!!! I have people say the weirdest things and make the odddest requests!

Pixacom: Do you travel much?
Donovan: Yes.

Pixacom: Do you like all the traveling?
Donovan: Although I love seeing new places and meeting new people I’ll be happy if I don’t get on a plane for a month!

Pixacom: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
Donovan: I would love to see Greece.

Pixacom: If you could play lead role in any type of movie, What kind of movie would it be?
Donovan: I would definitely love to play a comedic role! It would be a dream to work alongside Bill Murray or Chevy Chase.

Pixacom: Do you have a favorite Car?
Donovan: Humvee. I’m a truck-kinda girl.

Pixacom: Do you have a favorite drink when at clubs or bars?
Donovan: I don’t drink. I was a D.A.R.E. role model in high school… I’ve never tasted alcohol.

Pixacom: How about a favorite food to go along with the drink?
Donovan: I have a favorite food TOP 5
M&Ms, crabcakes, cornbread, Swedish Fish, and my family’s secret recipe pasta sauce.

Pixacom: What kind of music are you listening to these days?
Donovan: I listen primarily to rap and hip-hop. My favorite artists are Elvis and 2Pac… random, I know.

Pixacom: Are you single now?
Donovan: Yes, sir!

Pixacom: Give us the dirt on your dating life. Any first date rules?
Donovan: I really don’t date… a lot… or ever… hahahaha! I’m super busy and it’s hard to meet a decent guy in L.A.

Pixacom: How many kids in highschool have asked you out?
Donovan: NONE! True story… I never dated in high school.

Pixacom: What kind of guy bugs you?
Donovan: Arrogant men get on my last nerve!

Pixacom: What does a guy need to do to make you stay?
Donovan: I’m simple… make me laugh!

Pixacom: What’s the worst place to meet a guy?
Donovan: I would never meet a guy at a club or bar.

Donovan: Good conversation, good food, and good company

Donovan: I am looking to concentrate more of my time on acting and hosting at this point in time. I would eventually like to get behind the camera one day.
